The listing is not the lease.

A room page shows a furnished private room, a monthly price, a first available date, and what that house includes. A room is not held because it appears here. The agreement you sign is the one that applies.

Prices and dates can change before you are approved. If a house includes utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, or cleaning, that is written on the listing and then in the agreement. A house that does not offer something will not pretend that it does.

The map shows the neighborhood, not a street. The address is sent after you are approved, or when a tour is arranged.

YouMade.space is a furnished-room rental. It is not a membership, and it is not a hotel stay.
